How do I place an order?

Go to the order tab on Shugga Sweets
Select type of cake
Select the cake flavor option
Select the size and styling 
Submit your order
Follow the directions on the payment page
Submit payment

How soon will my order take to complete?

Your Shugga Sweets cake order will require a 7 day processing time before completion.
 
Your Shugga Sweets cupcake order will require a 24 hour processing time before completion.

What is your refund policy?

Shugga Sweets Co. does not offer refunds for cakes and cupcakes orders after payment
unless in the event that an order cannot be filled due to reasons beyond Shugga Sweets control.

Can I change the date on my order after payment has been sent?

Shugga Sweets Co. only offers date changes for orders that are placed after the 7 day window for cakes and 24 hour window for cupcakes.

Shugga Sweets Co. accepts all forms of payment via square processing on the site.

When and where will I be able to pick up my order?

Your order can be picked once you recieve confirmation that your order is complete.
 
Pickup location will be disclosed in the confirmation email sent to the address on file.
